Over the years, I have come into contact with too many girls who have depression due to dieting. There are also several mothers in the group who study nutrition for their teenage daughters in the group. Some children have been hospitalized and the effect is not satisfactory. They are as thin as wood and still dare not eat normally.

Weight loss has been reduced to amenorrhea, depression, anorexia and binge eating alternately, severe body anxiety has affected normal study and life. One child was shaking his legs in class because he was afraid of growing flesh. Even if he didn't move at night, he was worried that his legs would be thick.

For many girls who suffer from depression due to dieting, they do not need to take medicine, adjust their diet, and assist with psychological support, so they can get better without taking medicine. But the premise is to really let go of the obsession with weight, otherwise no matter how much medicine is taken, the fundamental problem will not be solved.

What's more serious is that bad emotions like depression and anxiety and depression can in turn steal the body's nutrition. Under the constant pressure of bad emotions, the stress response in the body will increase, and the consumption of various nutrients will also increase significantly.

In the adult world, whoever is not surrounded by stress and anxiety should stop letting diet increase our stress and anxiety index.
